I, as the authorised representative of the legal person, Paul Shepherd, claim my right to use my own Fee Schedule and give notice that this Fee Schedule will apply in regard to my lawful right to live peacefully and travel freely on the land and water of planet Earth, from the time I was first conceived by my parents until the end of time itself.
I believe that time is not money, time is priceless. Therefore, here is my modest fee schedule.
Definitions:
‘Body’: Corporation/Law-Officer/Judge/Magistrate/Corporate-agent/Employee/Citizen/Living man/Living woman
1. General
A – One troy ounce of .999 pure gold (or its sterling equivalent) per hour, or any part thereof, for any services, whether by consent or coercion, including but not restricted to: exchange of information, administrative tasks (including travel time incurred by those tasks), communication (including but not restricted to: email, telephone, letter writing, text messaging).
2. Basic trespass to be considered by a lawful jury of the people/freemen. Lawyer fees and other remedies not included in this fee schedule.
A – One troy ounce of .999 pure gold (or its sterling equivalent) per hour for any of my time consumed in detention, imprisonment or attempts by any ‘Body’ to establish their corporate jurisdiction upon myself or my Family without my expressed written consent.
B – One troy ounce of .999 pure gold (or its sterling equivalent) per hour for violating any of my unalienable Rights or any of my Family’s unalienable Rights under any and all circumstances by any ‘Body’.
C – One troy ounce of .999 pure gold (or its sterling equivalent) per interaction initiated by any ‘Body’.
D – 60Kg of .999 pure (or its sterling equivalent) to my next of kin for the taking of my life.
